Each customer who purchased a product via the website www.neliawears.com has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of purchase. The returned goods must be in perfect condition, without traces of use , i.e. they must have the original packaging, all labels (in the case of tights and knee-high socks) and cannot bear any signs of use.

The product should be returned following the instructions:

1. please complete the return form (or write important information by hand on a piece of paper and put it in the return package),
